For logos and images, upload your own vector-type image file for next-level personalization. This is a great option for brands, restaurants and bars to leave their logo or branded imagery on barware.

Each of our copper products require a few simple steps after use to maintain their quality. Copper should be cleaned using a mild dish soap and warm water, followed by two drying sessions using a soft cloth. For additional details, visit our Care Page.

SHIPPING: In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days via UPS or USPS. UPS and USPS typically deliver within 3–5 business days using ground service but varies depending on location. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

RETURNS: We take great pride in our products, emphasizing exceptional design, quality, and craftsmanship. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and let us know of any damage so we can arrange a prompt replacement. 

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise value, provided they are in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or items damaged from normal wear and tear.
